You're Invited: Annual General Meeting
Please join us for our Annual General Meeting as we reflect on the past season and look ahead to an exciting new year of theatre. 📅 Date: August 7, 2025 🕖 Time: 7:00 PM 📍 Location: Princess Ave Playhouse 40 Princess Ave, St. Thomas, ON Annual Membership Cost: $10.00 Benefits of Membership

Greetings all from the Elgin Theatre Guild's Board of Directors. Our Annual Meeting is coming up August 7 and we discovered a few discrepancies for which we apologize if you previously saw this.
To all those interested in a position on the Board, we are asking you to send an email to [email protected] outlining what skills you have, what experience you have that you believe will aide the overall company and if there is a titled position that you feel you would like to try for.
Titled Positions whose terms are up for consideration are: Vice President, Artistic Director, Technical Director, Building Maintenance, Secretary, Member/Volunteer Organizer and above all else Directors at Large. If you simply wish to join to share your enthusiasm before taking on more major roles, we are happy to accept your application for review.
Please submit the email of interest by July 7 2025. The Nomination Committee will then hold interviews between then and July 18 2025. We do apologize for the errored date listed in our original posting.
We look forward to working towards a creative and entertaining season that lies ahead and hope to have you there with us along for the ride.
