The Elgin Theatre Guild (ETG), your community theatre, is entering its 58th season with a series of great plays and concerts to enrich the lives of the citizens of St. Thomas and surrounding area. The Elgin Theatre Guild is completely volunteer based, applying our talent and skills for the sheer love of the theatrical arts. As I am sure you can imagine, it takes a great deal of commitment by our members to operate a building such as the Princess Avenue Playhouse, which is historically designated and an example of the work of renowned Canadian architect Neil R. Darrach and a landmark within the community. You can help us in our goals of offering quality community theatre by purchasing ad space in our program or by sponsoring one of shows. We can seat 120 patrons per show which means that there is the potential for your business ad to be seen by 3,840 plus possible customers. If you choose to sponsor a show, the potential increases as your business name will appear on all of our advertising too! No matter which level you choose, the Elgin Theatre Guild appreciates your support of local community theatre and look forward to speaking with you and assisting in advertising with us. ETG Board of Directors Advertising and Sponsorship Levels Season Sponsor: $5,000 Your name will be prominently displayed on all four of our show posters and all four programs, an advertisement listing you as a season sponsor will be displayed in our lobby and concession area. In addition you will receive 10 complimentary tickets per show, and two non-alcoholic, complimentary beverages and one snack item from the concession for you and your guests and your name included in the pre-show announcement as a Season Sponsor “We gratefully acknowledge the ongoing support and thank the generosity of (your business) for sponsoring our theatre season.” Sole Sponsor: $2,000 Your name will be prominently displayed on our posters and program for one of the shows, and all other advertisements, in addition you will receive 10 complimentary tickets to the show and one non alcoholic, complimentary beverage and snack item from the concession for you and your guests, and your name included in pre-show announcements as “Tonight’s performance of.... is exclusively sponsored by (your business name)” *please note, should we have a season sponsor we would be required to announce that patronage as well as our season sponsor. Show Sponsor: $1,000 Your name will appear on all our advertisements and in the program and pre-show announcement. In addition, you will receive, 8 complimentary tickets to the show and one complimentary non alcoholic beverage and snack item from the concession for you and your guests Sponsor: $500 Your name will appear on all our advertisements and in the program. You will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the show. Program Ads Program ads start at $100 for a quarter page and will be included in all four Elgin Theatre Guild programs for our theatre season.
