With 16 number-one entries on the Billboard Country airplay chart, she is ranked the top female artist of the 2000’s and 2010’s. Rolling Stone applauded her as the female vocalist of her generation in any genre. Janna Leduc’s tribute to Underwood features powerhouse vocals throughout, and covers everything from touching renditions of “Jesus Take the Wheel” to crowd pleasing anthems such as “Good Girl”, “Cowboy Casanova”, and “Before He Cheats”. Janna has toured internationally with multiple acts, and as a solo artist. She has performed on some of the biggest Canadian festival stages, opening for artists such as Jade Eaglesson. Joey and Denny have been best friends since kindergarten, and after working together for several years as policemen in Chicago, they are practically family: Joey helps out with Denny's wife and kids; Denny keeps Joey away from the bottle. But when a domestic disturbance call takes a turn for the worse, their friendship is put on the line. The result is a harrowing journey into a moral gray area where trust and loyalty struggle for survival against a sobering backdrop of pimps, prostitutes, and criminal lowlifes. |
